Delivery Information

At Industrial Safety Products Ltd, we aim to process and dispatch all orders swiftly and efficiently to ensure your safety products arrive on time.

• Standard UK Delivery: Orders on some items can be dispatched within 1–2 working days. Bespoke, manufactured, assembled orders can take longer. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

• Bespoke & Manufactured Items: Shipping times depend on order quantity and complexity. Please contact us prior to placing the order if you are time sensitive.

• Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Large or Bulk Orders: For palletised or large quantity orders, delivery times and charges may vary. We will contact you directly to confirm details.

• Click & Collect: We offer a local collection option from our Stockport premises. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen courier delays. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Certain custom-made or bespoke products (e.g., custom signage) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

• PPE products such as masks, gloves, or face coverings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us via ben@ispltd.co.uk or call 0161 429 8010 to request a return authorisation.

2. Return the item(s) to the address provided with your authorisation.

3. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
